I'm sure there were having a bad day but I have to say that is the worst Pizza Hut experience I have ever had . My husband and I arrived at 6:40 there was two very dried up pieces of pizza on the buffet. The salad was horrible. The phone was ringing off the hook and the manager apologized after I asked her if she was how many people's job she was doing. Then she brought us sodas said she had two trainees no ice in our sodas. I literally ate to dried up cinnamon sticks and one slice of pizza that was dry and old period took no drink of my soda. My husband did not even finish his salad because it was disgusting. And he did not even eat one piece of pizza nor take a drink of his soda with no ice. Being in the position of not having enough help in the past myself I tried to be understanding but let her know I thought that we should not have to pay for our meal because quite honestly we really didn't eat anything worth paying for. The manager Riva I believe was her name took it upon herself to charges for a kids buffet and then give us her discount. I realize people have bad days but I still decide to write this review because I think it should have been free of charge not our fault that the place was in such a wreck. If my husband has any say-so in it we will not eat there again and I'm starting to agree with him. Honestly I wouldn't even give it one store on this day which is June 14th but I had to in order to post
Driving through around 10 pm one night decided to pull off & eat. Place closed @ 11. Restaurant was clean & cozy. Our server, Joel (?) was super helpful & friendly! He knew exactly what kind of pizza we were asking for. Pizza was hot, fresh & we didn't have to wait long. We also had bone in wings that were hot & fresh. While checking out we were able to have a conversation with this man & found out he'd lived in a small town that we also had lived in. Would definitely stop back again! Great experience!
Used the internet 2 order worked great. Gotta say LOVE the honey bbq wings both bone in & out.
Service is pathetic in the place, don't know how the delivery service is. Our waitress had to be, physically gone after, to take our order after sitting there for 30-45 minutes. The food is NOT up to PIZZA HUT Standards. Very disappointed and won't be back again. I have been going to that Pizza Hut since it was first brought into Butler. It needs someone to take ahold of it and turn it around.....period. Won't waste my time or money there again...
pizza did not taste like Pizza Hut pizza. The slices in the buffet were not cut all the way through and people had to use there hands to break it apart. The waitress said to sit down and didn't come back so we started the buffet and told her. We had to find our own silverware. Not up to the standards of the food chain.
